I love visiting the J.C. Raulston Arboretum in Cary/Raleigh NC. The weather was absolutely gorgeous this morning to take a stroll through this garden's quiet paths which wind in and out of acres of flowers and trees.
Since it was such a beautiful day, I thought that this might be the perfect time to play around with a neat little application I have that allows me to take 360 3D still photos here at the Arboretum. I am still waiting on my 3D video camera to arrive on my doorstep and am impatient to get out and capture some cool 3D content so this will have to do for the time being, haha!
To view these images as a panorama or experience them as a full 3D image, download the Google Cardboard Camera App available in the App Store for Apple or Google Play.
Once you've downloaded the Ap, click on these photos and you'll then be able to scroll through them as a 360 panorama or if you have a VR headset that works with your phone ( such as Google Cardboard or any other headset that will allow your phone run the Google Camera App), these images are available to view in full a 360 3D stereo format.
I think that I may try and capture a couple of 3D wedding panos this weekend, should be fun!
