My name is Sally Siko, I am the owner of Silvercord Event Photography and an experienced professional photographer who serves awesome clients all across the state of North Carolina and beyond. I specialize in photographing weddings for fun loving-laid back couples who love the outdoors as much as I do. From beautiful backyards, parks, gardens, and palatial estates to blue mountain peaks, emerald forests, lakeside homes and warm sunny fields, I have the gear and the experience to deliver stunning photographs indoors and out, that you will treasure for years to come.

Here's the deal, I live in the Raleigh area and I have had enough of flatland! My dream is to spend 100% of my time photographing weddings in the Asheville, Boone, Grandfather Mountain, Craggy Gardens and Little Switzerland area. Why? Well, the thing is that I LOVE MOUNTAINS! I am an avid hiker and former rock climber who is tired of living someplace where there are barely any hills, and fewer peaks!

I need altitude, pine trees, black bears, log cabins, those pancake breakfasts served at roadside diners and more time spent at tourist traps that sell beaded necklaces, rocks, walking sticks and blackberry syrup. I'd like to spend my professional time photographing like -minded fun loving couples (like you!) getting married on a sunny (or foggy!) afternoon on the tippy top of a mountain peak somewhere with their friend and families looking on. Then, I want to hike back down that hill to take awesome photos of this couple partying during their reception at some cool mountain venue well on into the night.

With these things in mind, I have set a goal of photographing at least 5 weddings in the mountains of western N.C. in 2018 & 2019. To accomplish this I am offering all day wedding photography coverage for a flat rate of only $1,987 to five couples.

A backup wedding photographer guarantee, unlimited hours of wedding day coverage, your own private gallery, and hi-res digital files are just a few of the standard services that are included in this wedding photography package. Travel is even included in that price so no worries on paying for anything extra!

Most importantly, my goal is to deliver you the peace of mind that a professional wedding photography experience brings so that you can relax and REALLY enjoy your mountain wedding day knowing that your photographs are being captured expertly with a creative point of view from someone who is genuinely just as excited as you are to be here in the mountains of western North Carolina!
