Feeling the call of the road
This summer has been pretty warm and evenings like tonight remind me of my trip last August to the Florida Keys.
The opportunity for travel is definitely one of the best parts of my job!
Someday in the future, I’d like to go full time on the road and capture destination weddings all over the US with my husband. My RV is large enough to embark on a journey like this comfortably, but my kiddos still have a few years left in school so I’m locked here in NC, at least until they head off to college.
Still, I’m always stoked to work for my clients on the weekends all up and down the east coast, so from the mountains to the beach, I'm happy to serve as your wedding photographer. I think it's pretty awesome that there are so many beautiful locations here in the Tarheel state where couples can go and get married. I've covered destination weddings in Nags Head, Cherokee and everywhere in between, and as yet, the journey to get there has never grown old.
I'm always dreaming of setting a course on the open road off to my next wedding day adventure, even if it's the familiar trip down Rt. 40!
