Last week I had the opportunity to photograph Scott, Melissa and their son William for the couples engagement session.

What a beautiful morning! Everything was as green as could be. Our original start time was scheduled for that evening, but due to thunderstorms in the forecast, to avoid the rain we moved up our session to around 11 am instead.This plan worked out great and not one drop of rain fell on us during the shoot at their family farm in Angier.

I was so excited for this photo session in part because it was my first chance to use my new Canon 5DS with clients. Let me tell ya, this camera is phenomenal! The full size photos are breathtaking in the level of detail that can be shown. This post contains these hi res images and a slideshow (so that the page loads faster).  The colors are lovely and realy captured the richness of the landscape of the farm and lush green forest behind the pasture.
