If your looking for the perfect venue to host a large wedding or event the Angus Barn in Raleigh North Carolina is the place to go. The service was OUTSTANDING and the grounds and event pavilion are quite beautiful. I have never seen such a great example of client services as displayed by the staff at the Angus Barn. Why would a photographer comment on something like this you ask? Thats easy. You see, when an event venue delivers exceptional service it makes the guests feel welcome and happy while attending a wedding. This makes my job as a photographer easier especially for the candid shots because smiling people are much better to show in a final portfolio then not.

 I was impressed with the lovely bridal suite that was set up as the area for the bride to get ready. Clearly there was allot of thought put into the decor of this room because I think that it looked pretty sweet in the photos..

The plan called for an outdoor ceremony however an unexpected March cold snap out those plans on the back burner in favor of a lovely wedding under a large white tent set up alongside the dining room.

The wedding ceremony was sweet, heartfelt vows followed by a fun formal ( and not so formal) photo shoot on the back lawn of the property.  

The wedding reception was held in the main event pavilion. A truly joyful event  filled with laughter and good cheer as J & C celebrated their wedding day with family and friends.
