Raleigh wedding photos captured at the Angus Barn by Silvercord Event Photography ~

If your planning a wedding in Raleigh you must check out the Angus Barn, a classically beautiful and romantic venue both inside and out. I had the privilege of covering a wedding here recently and enjoyed every moment spent capturing photos with my clients and their families as they celebrated their big day.

From the lovely get ready rooms to the main event hall its hard to find a location better suited for wedding photography then the Angus Barn. The bridal suite is particularly nice for photos and well appointed throughout with all the things that a bride and her friends might need to ensure a stress free morning.

Though the cavernous main hall one notices that the rustic wood walls are of a dark smokey flavor however there is abundant light that shines through the numerous large windows that line the great room. The contrasts of light and dark  tones really make photos pop when one adds bright colors to the mix.

The Barn itself sits on the green grassy shores of a small lake and even boasts a patio with deck chairs and a fire pit for snuggling next to on a cool December wedding day. There is ample room to wed indoors or out so this is truly a four seasons venue with enough space to accommodate even the largest of guest lists.
