Inspired by one of my earlier vintage themed engagement photography sessions, my clients C & D wanted to incorporate some of the elements of the yesteryear's gone by into their own photo shoot. We started our morning at the train station under a bright sunny sky. My videographer Gregg and I captured a bunch of really pretty portraits and clips of the happy couple as they chatted and snuggled with each other on the platform at the station. Although the temperature was well into the upper 90's that day, the shade afforded to us by the train stations platform canopy provided us with much-needed relief from the sun's rays shining down like lava in the sky. That being said, C & D were real troopers throughout the entire experience and never let the hot temps 'throw shade upon bright smiles.
After we finished up at the train station we headed downtown to snap off a few photos in front of their reception venue and then moved onto to the Market House to capture some additional portraits of the happy couple. This photo shoot was a real joy to capture and when all was said and done, we ended up with a set of really beautiful images and video clips ( as seen below ) that definitely captured the timeless bond that this couple shared.
Cheers to C & D, I can't wait to cover your wedding next month!
