Hi, everyone!

So if you're a regular visitor here at Silvercord you probably have noticed the change in color scheme here on the website. Yup, we have gone dark! 

I came to this decision after recently updating my wedding photography portfolio and felt it was time to make a change here on my site in order to highlight the fact that I really, really, really love creating bright, sharp black and white photo's and crisp, bold colored images.

I admit that it's kinda scary doing something as drastic as this, but I think that the contrast between the bright photos featured here and the new dark wallpaper theme complements one other in a more honest manner.  It sure is different though! Most other wedding photographers here in the Raleigh NC area have bright white or gray websites with galleries filled with hazy natural light backlit photos (which is trendy right now) but after years of doing this wedding photographer thing every day, I have decided to just go all out to best show you what kind of photography style I truly enjoy creating best.

Some of you won't like it. That's OK! I'd much rather these folks work with another talented photographer who can truly make them happy with a  style that suits their personal taste's best. I'm here to serve those of you who really connect with my work. I hope though, that maybe by showing off my best bold work on a darker themed website, by highlighting these photos in a manner that makes me stop and say "WOW" when I view them to my own computer, perhaps I'll be able to serve my future clients better by delivering them an expected  clean, colorful, consistently bright style that is unmistakably the mark of the SIlvercord Event Photography experience.
