With wedding season in full swing, I have had to cut back on my weekly hiking adventures which means when I am able to step away from my desk, it's important to make each outing count! A few days ago, I took a quick hike at Harris Lake Park in New Hill N.C. and made a trip out to Scotland Neck to take some photos at a bird sanctuary. It's so much fun to get outside and feel soft ground beneath my feet and savor the scent of pine in the air, haha I just can't stand to be cooped up indoors for very long!
Check out the pics below from my wanderings in the wild and be on the lookout for my next wedding photography post on Wednesday June 19th when I will share some gorgeous photos from Steve & Vivianne's wedding day at the Preston Woodhall House in Benson, N.C.
