Getting a ton of work editing done today and am excited for you to check out tomorrows blog post on the wedding that I photographed last week at the Preston Woodall house which will be published in the morning on Wednesday. I think you will like it :)
Rn,I'm feeling that late afternoon boredom creeping in so I think that I'll step away from my desk for 30 mins to go for a quick run to try and refocus my creative abilities. Maybe I will refill the bird feeder in the backyard too when I get back because the squirrels have been emptying the feeder so quickly that I don't think that the birds have even had a chance to catch a snack, lol!
This is a photo of me from earlier in the spring when a small sparrow landed on my arm while I was working on an engagement shoot in downtown Durham. Haha, it's like they know that I'm cool with this sort of thing happening ;)
Here are a couple of my favorite nature pic's that I've captured over the past week in between wedding photography editing sessions. Thank goodness that it is summertime now and there is so much more to see outside these days!
A male Purple Marten at Yates Mill Park
Summer Tanager Silvercord Event Photography birds-19
A male Summer Tanager at Harris Lake Park
Red Shouldered Hawk at Yates Mill Park
A Blue-gray Gnatcatcher feeding a baby Cowbird at Harris Lake Park
A juvenile Bald Eagle at Jordan Lake
A grumpy Snapping Turtle on the road in my neighborhood ;)
Have a great day and be on the lookout for my next wedding photography post tomorrow morning at 9:10am!
