Wow, what a weekend I had. Lol, Saturday & Sunday weddings outside and 2 more shot by associates covering the day was crazy. Finally completed culling this past weekends shots a few minutes ago and am now chilling on my porch grateful to be away from my desk for the rest of the day. Feeling that famed “wedding photo hangover” for real today, haha! It never fails. When I get home from a wedding, I’m amped up and my forearms are jacked from hefting 2 SLRs around for 8 hours straight. The adrenaline is flowing and I’m invincible. I got back home last night at 11:45 still feeling the flow & doing fine. Now, it’s Monday afternoon. I’ve been up since 4:45am (my normal M-F) and I’m drinking a ton of water to wash down a bowl of bananas & cream (potassium replacement) and wow, I feel like I was hit by a bus, lol! Still, so grateful for every second shooting this past weekend tho, wouldn’t trade this way of life for anything. 🌿 This picture is of Kassi making her way up the aisle during her ceremony at the Leatherwood Mountains Resort. I captured this last weekend and just delivered these photos to my couple a few days ago. This morning I was stoked when a notification from Google rolled in saying that Kassi had left a sweet review for me. Means the world to know that people really get the fact I love my job and that yes, I will definitely go the extra mile for them :) 🌿 This was the first wedding that I captured with the Canon 5DS.
