Springtime is almost here! I am so excited for this engagement photography season to start...

It is March 3rd and I am doing a bit of spring cleaning here at Silvercord. While I have been optimizing my website for speed and going through photos from photo sessions past and I thought that I'd share a few of my top photo memories from my favorite engagement photography location, the J.C. Raulston Arboretum in Raleigh North Carolina.

This garden has it all, acres and acres of gorgeous plants from around the world with sunny fields and shaded romantic paths winding through the shrubs and flowered trees. The venue is truly a delight 4 seasons round from Spring to Winter. Autumn is particularly beautiful with the leaves changing into hues of fiery red and glowing yellow and orange tones that set the boughs ablaze with color. Spring time at the Arboretum is breathtaking. There are so many different species of flora and fauna with loads of butterflies and hummingbirds zipping through the blooms. Even the trees are pretty sweet looking since every new leaf seems to glow with an emerald light.

Cheers to the spring to arrive (early I hope ) and I'll see you out there over the next few weeks at the JC Raulston Arboretum.
