How to download your digital files for clients of Silvercord Event Photography

For my clients, here is how to download your digital photo files onto your computer from your private online gallery

If you have purchased the digital download package ( I will have given you a downloading password ) then you may download your photo files to your own computer, tablet or smartphone and then print out your photographs wherever you wish, including your home or favorite lab.

Listed below are two ways that clients of Silvercord Event Photography may take delivery of their digital photo files.

Desktop downloading

Step 1. Watch this movie above. You can pause this video anytime for easy reference.

Step 2. Select your photos. Download a single photo, multiple images or all of your photographs to your computer and save them on any medium you wish. Please take note that it may take an hour for you to receive your email from Silvercord / Zenfolio containing the zip file's of your photos if you intend to download your entire image gallery at one time.

You will have 7 days to open this email and download your files onto your computer. If for some reason you don't do this within 7, days just repeat the process as you will have 6 months of unlimited downloading access to your images.

Step 3. Enjoy your photographs!

Mobile downloading

I am BETA testing out an easy way for my clients to download their full size photos to their phones and am now offering current digital package clients free access to a mobile gallery app ( developed by my host server Zenfolio) called "PhotoMoments" so that they may view, download and print the photos in the online galleries while on the go via a smartphone or tablet.
