One of the things I enjoy best about being a wedding photog is searching out the best light, no matter where I’m at or what time it is. Bright sunlight in an open space can pose a challenge but I think of it more as a puzzle to solve in camera. I try my best to balance my flash output to match for the background exposure / mood of the moment. After 10 years of shooting, I get it right most of the time but (for me) photography will always be a learning process of trial & error.
