Hi everyone!

It has been an incredibly busy summer here at Silvercord. With 18 weddings photographed this year, and another 17 left to go, my schedule is packed and I could not be happier! It's been a whirlwind of desk time in front of my computer for editing combined with lot's of traveling all over North Carolina and beyond. Happily, I have been working through it all and enjoying every single second of it, my job is so much fun!

In between all of this action, I have been working on a little side project which feeds my passion for photographing birds and for connecting with fellow bird 'nerds throughout North Carolina. It's called Birdwatching N.C. which I hope will grow into being the go-to resource for birding news and information here in the Tarheel State.
